After discussing in grave detail my drop off location with the sales rep and looking at google maps together to discuss, the morning of my move I was told the box could not be delivered to my location. There is no excuse for this.
I had to have it delivered to another location and then pay movers twice to move my things. The process is obviously flawed and your customer service leaves quite a lot to be desired.
Other companies that provide the exact same service do so with far more planning, consistency and customer service. Consider the ball dropped hard on this one.
