I have never dealt with such unprofessional liars in my life. Because I asked a question about protocol, they turned it into an excuse as to WHY my pod was never shipped.

My belongings should have gotten to Texas at least 2 weeks before me. They picked up my pod in Florida Jan 13 and the driver said it would start transport on Monday January 15, 2018. I called again on January 19, 2018 and was TOLD my pod had been shipped but the driver had not updated the log so she could not give me an ETA. The rep seemed to have no idea what she was looking at and had a problem answering me so put me on hold to get an answer.

AT that time I asked for Management to call me but I did not get such a call. I got to Texas on Jan 24, 2018 and my pod was not in Texas. I spoke with Dominica and she said she was sorry but my pod had never left Florida and admitted Pack Rats had made a mistake, she stated it SAID in my notes to transport. I was finally able to speak with Ryan (customer service sup) who was less than friendly and started trying to blame ME.

He SAID when I asked about what the protocol was after the pod was picked up, I never said I wanted it transported? But, to be kind (sarcastic) he said the rep should have asked me......He admitted I did not tell them to hold it but I did not say not to either? What kind of answer is that? I advised if I did NOT say hold there is only one other choice, TRANSPORT...He refused to do anything except blame everyone but the company.

I asked for his boss, I then got David (so called transport sup) called me. The same thing, all my fault and they did nothing wrong....even though he acknowledged my call on Jan19 when I was told it had left Florida. The rudes jerks I have encountered seemed to be the condition to work at Pack Rats.....David kept saying Tracy, when I said I did not speak to "TRACY" He said TREY-TRACY, have you ever heard of abbreviations.....I am by far NOT finished with Pat Rats....they had the opportunity to redeem themself and chose to blame everyone else. I will be the first to admit I was pissed and screaming because my medication was in THAT pod and I ended up at the hospital....Nothing mattered to them except making sure the company never admitted to making a mistake......To all that are on here, it is sad we have not came together to form a class action law suit to stop Pack Rats from lying and cheating others in the future.

As for David, he lied, he as a customer service supervisor, nothing more and he refused to allow me to speak to anyone else, he stated "that is NOT going to happen" I want to let David know....IT WILL HAPPEN........I will never give this company my time of day or my money, they like to threaten and blow you off because of course, it is not their stuff that is missing. I want Ryan to know he better NEVER again threaten me with keeping my stuff over THEIR mistake....Once I said that to him, he did not want to say another word. David said until I gave him the permission to charge my debit card, the pod would NOT leave Florida.....You have made a huge mistake this time Pack Rats....I believe in justice and this is a word none of you seem to understand.....Once my pod got here it smelled like s--t.....is this what you do to your customers?

I liked: Pack rats in texas, Seem to understand customer service, Truck driver was nice.

I didn't like: Those in charge, Are disrespectful and sarcastic, Idiotic responses.
